The Blue Ridge Institute Conference is our favorite time of the year and we look forward to learning, leading, and renewing together.

Registration Information
All Blue Ridge members, retirees, and guests attending conference sessions should complete the registration form. YLA parents should use this same form to register children and pay YLA program fees.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and checks. Electronic payment confirms your reservation immediately. If you need to pay by check, select “Pay by Check” when completing the form. We will email an invoice within seven days. To ensure your reservation is finalized, mailed payments must be received by July 10, 2026 to Blue Ridge Institute PO Box 4421 Greensboro, NC 27404.
If you need to split your registration across payment methods, no problem. Simply complete the registration form more than once. For example, you may submit one form using your organization’s payment method and submit another form for personal items such as BRIG+, additional Ball tickets, Picnic tickets, or YLA registration. You can return to the form anytime to add additional items.
If registration fees are a concern, please contact info@blueridgeleaders.org to apply for a scholarship. Limited scholarships are available and are awarded on a rolling basis through June. Please review scholarship guidelines before applying.
Important Dates
- Conference Dates: Sunday, July 19 (Event Check In - 1 to 4 pm; Opening Session and Welcome Dinner - 5 to 9 pm) – Thursday, July 23, 2026 (Closing Session 9 am to 12:30 pm)
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 31, 2026
- Late Registration Begins: June 1, 2026 (includes $100 fee)
- Final Registration Deadline: July 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM
- Conference Check-In: Starts at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 19, 2026
We encourage registering early to secure your spot and avoid the $100 registration fee increase that will be effective June 1, 2026.
Refund Policy
If your plans change, written cancellation requests received by July 10, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. After July 10, we are unable to issue refunds due to confirmed conference commitments. Email cancellation requests to info@blueridgeleaders.org.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another Blue Ridge member. Transfers to non-members are not permitted. To request a transfer, email info@blueridgeleaders.org.
Where to Stay
The Unicoi Lodge is on site and connected to the conference location, plus there are cabins on the state park grounds. To book by phone, call 1-706-878-2201 and mention the Blue Ridge group to receive our conference rate.

Unicoi Lodge will accept reservations after July 10, 2026 as space allows. You’re welcome to explore VRBO, Airbnb, or nearby hotels. Please note that summer traffic can be heavy, so plan accordingly to arrive at sessions on time.
