The Blue Ridge Institute (BRI) has supported nonprofit leaders since 1927. We are celebrating 97 years of service. As a mostly volunteer-run organization, we are a dedicated group of nonprofit leaders supporting other nonprofit leaders. We seek financial support to continue to provide scholarships to and support for our nonprofit leader conference held in July annually.

Donations from BRI participants and friends allow our community to advance the field of social leadership, identify and disseminate quality resources on evidence-based best practices and emerging trends, and support the ongoing work of professional leaders dedicated to increasing the impact and effectiveness of social change organizations.

The Blue Ridge Institute is incorporated under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code and all donations to the Blue Ridge Institute are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
