REGISTRATION INFORMATION
If you need to pay using several payment methods to secure your BRI conference registration, you can use the conference registration page more than once. Complete the conference registration form with payment from your company, then complete it again to pay for non-work-related registration items with your accounts (such as BRIG information, extra Ball tickets or extra Picnic tickets or YLA). Continue to come back again and complete this form to add any new items to your conference registration. If you have any questions about or challenges with registration, email info@blueridgeleaders.org for help.
Please note that BRI is a family of choice. We don't want registration fees to prohibit anyone from attending. If the registration fee proves to be a concern for you, please get in touch with info@blueridgeleaders.org or click here to apply for a scholarship. Limited scholarships are available and expended to June. Please note the schedolarship requirements before applying.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Registration payments can be made electronically by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Electronic payment is a guarantee on your reservation. If you need an invoice to process a check request, please complete this form and mark it "Pay by Check." By selecting "Pay by Check," we will email you an invoice within seven days to your registration email address.

Who is required to register for the BRI Conference?
All Blue Ridge members, retirees, and guests who want to attend the conference sessions must use this form to register and pay the registration fees. All Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) parents must use this form to register their kids and pay the registration fees before attending the conference.
When should I arrive at the 2025 BRI Conference?
Consider arriving on Saturday, July 19, 2025, as the conference check in starts at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 20, 2025. You may add nights to the front end and back end of our week. Click in the box “Promotional/Group Code” and Enter Promotional Code: 10430.
How do I register for onsite conference housing at the 2025 BRI Conference?
Call 1-706-878-2201. All guests should identify themselves as a member of the Blue Ridge group in order to obtain the Organization's conference rate.
For ONLINE RESERVATIONS, follow the instructions below.
1. Go to the website at www.unicoilodge.com.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the blue box that says Lowest Rate Guaranteed BOOK HERE!
3. Select Arrival/Departure Dates and the number of guests per room.
4. Click CHECK AVAILABILITY – then Click on RATE OPTIONS.
5. Click in the box “Promotional/Group Code” and Enter Promotional Code: 10430.
6. Click CHECK AVAILABILITY again, then Select Room Type.
7. Select BOOK IT and Complete the required information to make a reservation.
The Lodge will accept reservations after Friday, July 11, 2025, only if space and rate are available.
How do I register for offsite housing at the 2025 BRI Conference?
You may also search for offsite options with VRBO, Airbnb, or local hotels. Please note that traffic is heavy this time of year, and if you choose an off-site accommodation, please plan accordingly to arrive at the conference lodge.
What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is July 11, 2025, at 11:30 pm. No exceptions will be made.
When do registration fees increase to include late registration fees?
Registration fees will include late registration charges, effective June 30, 2025. You should register before June 30, 2025.
What is the late fee?
Any registrations made after June 30, 2025, will incur a late registration fee of $100 per person.
Do I have to pay by credit card?
No, but credit card payments are encouraged to hold your reservation. You may request an invoice and pay by check. Please complete this registration form and select the "Pay by Check" payment option. By selecting "Pay by Check," we will email you an invoice within seven days to your registration email address. Mail your payment with your confirmation to the Blue Ridge Institute, P.O. Box 4421, Greensboro, NC 27404. Mailed registration payments must be received before June 13, 2025, or your registration may be canceled. The "Pay by Check" option will no longer be available after June 13, 2025. Email us at info@blueridgeleaders.org, if you have any questions or need help.
What is the refund policy?
Registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded for written cancellations received by July 11, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 11, 2025. Any cancellations after that date will forfeit the total registration fees paid. Cancellation requests may be sent by email to info@blueridgeleaders.org.
Is my registration fee transferrable?
Registrations are transferable only to Blue Ridge members. Registration transfers are not permitted to non-members. Please email your request for the substitute attendee to info@blueridgeleaders.org.
How do I register for skills labs?
You don't need to preregister for skill labs. You can go ahead and decide at the conference.
Do you give our scholarships to the annual conference?
Yes. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, you can click here. Scholarships ended June 11, 2025.
What is a BRIG+?
A BRIG+ is for a BRI Member Guest (BRIG) who pays to attend the BRI speaker presentations. Day passes are available for purchase below.
Did BRI do away with BRIG?
No. BRIG is still part of our BRI legacy. A BRIG is still a BRI Guest. There is no fee for a BRIG that does not want to attend BRI speaker presentations.
Do I have to buy a separate ticket for my kids to the YLA Kids Ball?
Yes. This is a ticketed event separate from the YLA program. Every child who would like to attend must have a purchased ticket. The YLA Kids Ball is open to all kids ages 4 - 14 who want to attend. This includes all Non-YLA and YLA kids who want to attend the YLA Kids Ball. Tickets can be purchased below.
How do I purchase an ad in the conference program book?
BRIght Spot Ads for the Conference Book Ads can be purchased to celebrate a fellow Riger in any way you can concieve. Some ideas include honoring promotions, new jobs, family events, retirements, memorials, or service highlights. Please read the design deadlines before purchase.
